Corporate Coaching
This kind of coaching is a three way relationship where the sponsor (company or organisation)
pays an external provider (i.e. a coach) to work with an employee on specific issues or
concerns that have arisen. Typically these are focused on behavioural,
attitudinal or skills based changes that are needed by the organisation following
restructuring programmes; mergers/acquisitions; appointment to a new role for an executive
or concerns over releasing or retaining members of staff.
Confidentiality is essential between coach and coachee and contracting with the coach
occurs with this expectation agreed to and made explicit in any documentation.
Clear objectives and appropriate outcomes for the engagement of the coach are also a
prerequisite following discussions with all parties.
If you would like some data about the return on investment (ROI) for coaching services

If you would like to have a discussion on any of the above please contact me by email
or telephone Anji Marychurch, Director of Career Coaching Ltd on 01403 243321.
Personal visits can also be arranged to suit both parties.

Alternative ways of working
Professionals, business managers and
small business owners
all use career coaches to create the clarity they seek to make changes in their
working lives.
A career coach is very skilled at facilitating effective career discussions in
complete confidence, to enable you to make the right decisions at the right
time in your career. Change brings a new energy that will benefit both you
and your organisation.
What's your part of the deal?
You will need to be committed to the process and be willing, if necessary, to
change your perspective on work, and the role it plays in your life. This way,
you get to consciously choose, at every stage, for what and to whom you give
your energies whilst remaining open to trying out new ways of being and doing.
What's my offer as your coach?
As a career coach you can expect me to have discussions with you about
your current and future concerns in respect of your
career goals and aspirations.
Our discussions will be flexible yet focused on you.
Hiring me as your coach means you have a partner and an objective source for
feedback and ideas. Additionally, my clients attest to the benefit of having a
'sounding board', and appreciate being held accountable on a regular basis for
taking the actions we agree will move them forward.
